V6 -> turbo conversion wiring harness blues 700

I put a B230FT into my '87 780, which had a less than exciting V6. All the wiring is hooked up, with both new computers, and the turbo fuel pump. I had to do some splicing where the harness was different. Now I have no start. No spark. No fuel. I must have somthing not as it should be. Does anybody have any information regarding ignition/fuel injection computer pin assignments, and what their signal/output voltages/resistances should be? Any ideas as to why the system seems "dead" ?? I must be missing somthing painfully obvious. The engine, harness and computers came from an '87 740.

Thanks,

Ryan
