need imput on intake mods 200 1983

I recently purchase an 83'240dl with the standard b21f engine in it, it has the k-jet electronic fuel injection, so supposedly it is running about 135hp. later this week I plan on putting in a cold air intake/ air box removel and do an electric fan convertion I also plan on removing two of the muffelers and adding a brospeed one insted. my question is will that be enough of a mod to break the 150hp mark, and how much tourqe do you think I could get out of it now?
