warped rotors, I think S90-V90 1998

I'm starting to get mad... A reputable volvo shop has replaced my front rotors 3 times in the past 6 months (I've only paid once, of course). Always with the same result. Brakes great at first, then after about 4-6 weeks the steering wheel starts to wobble. Always diagnosed as warped rotors. THe last time he put in high performance Zimmermanns. Now 6 weeks later, the same problem. Before I take it back to him, should I go somewhere else? Like a body shop? Could there be something wrong with the front end or frame. Anyone know of someone who knows what they are doing in the Austin, TX area? Thanks much!
