AC Problem 89 240gl with R134a 200 1989

I converted from R12 to R134 a month ago
with 3 cans of R134a.
It was only getting down to 60 degrees F
running full bore on a not so hot day 80.
Lately it is not getting very cold anymore
so I added 1 more 12oz can to it today and
it only puts out 80 degree air. the low side
pressure is about 70 now was 40 and the high side
pressure shows 275 now. In the sight glass there
appears to be lots of bubbles as it looks like foam
running thru the system. Does anyone know what the pressures
should be and what might be my problem. Before the conversion
The air was not working very good then either.
