I need help 700 1990

I posted a message earlier today asking if my problem could be a plugged cat. Here are the symptoms. Replaced the turbo yesterday, First time the car was under boost it blew smoke (oil smoke) from the messed up turbo for about 2-3 minutes, then all was fine, car ran great all last night and this morning. I drove about 100 miles in that time, long test drive last night of about 60 miles and a little today. Earlier today the car started doing this, under hard acceleration, when the boost is about 1/4 into the yellow it will stop accelerating. If the boost doesn't get very high, the car will rev as high as you want. I took out the plug right before the cat and the problem didn't get any better. Is this hole to small to make a difference or do I have an intake problem? I tightened all the hose clamps, so if it is an intake problem there must be a torn hose, right. Any suggestions or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the help.
