There was a link posted to some aftermarket intake cone filter that did something like this. It was a cone filter that had a really powerful electric fan attached to it, in fact there was a real video file on the site that showed the thing blowing and floating in mid air. If anyone knows what I am talking about post a link for it again, and if you installed it post an opinion about your results.
