Shop-Vac Turbo??? 200

You're missing half of the benefit. You hook the "blower" end to the intake and the suction to the ehxaust. You get the turbo effect and simulate a "positive restriction" exhaust system. Since its a closed system, it must be pollution free and noise free. If you get a 1954 Electrolux you can hang it on the side window, and those of us who are old enough may mistake it for one of the first generation air coolers (run of evaporation) and the only maintenance will be changing the vacuum dust bag every 3 months or 7 blocks, whichever comes first.
