OD not working. What to do next...... surgury?

OD not kicking in, was intermittent for a long time but now problem is consistent. I have gone through the normal checks of the relay etc and confirmed that the solonoid is clicking everytime. Today I removed the solonoid and held it in my grubby hand and with a small hose blew through the passage while it was energized with 12V, it was clear, closes when 12V removed.

I can now say that all electrics and the solonoid are AOK and that problem must be internal.

What to do next? Valve body surgury?
