Suggestions to get off oil pan bolt 200 1987

I just spent 1/2 hour trying to get my oil pan bolt off but it is still stuck. I think by the condition of the bolt (slightly stripped at edges) that the last place my mom got the oil changed used an air wrench to put the bolt on. What is the best way to get the bolt off? Since the pan was hot when I was trying to take the bolt off, I don't think I can use any kind of aerosol bolt loosening spray, can I? Someone give me a suggestion on how to get this overtightened and stuck bolt off. Thanks.

John
