Cooling relays/fuse/radio area..is this a good idea....or not 900

Considering you're running an aftermarket unit on the stock wiring, it won't hurt a thing. There have been fires attributed to aftermarket stereos (mostly higher performance ones) caused by inadequate wiring inside the dash on 700 series models. i don't think the wiring changed appreciably in the 900 series.

As far as pushing air through there, pull it from the cabin and have it eject near the footwell... or wherever else it goes to.
