Start/idle problems 242 turbo 200 1983

Greetings

The subject is a 1983 242 intercooled turbo. Recently replaced
all sensors below intake, turbo(oil cooled),downpipe, and wiring harness.. Still waiting on new turbo/intercooler hose connections,
have old ones in place. Air filter was completely clogged and new one
is on order. The car cranks well--but immediately dies. With lots of
input from the throttle I can start the car, nurse it for a while and
eventually get a rough idle around 1200 rpm. Upon setting base idle
per "Bentley" if I adjust throttle switch where the switch is off car
immediately dies. I have cleaned IAC motor--and note that the new
harness will not lock on the current IAC motor. Any suggestions??

Accumulator?? Frequency Valve?? or IAC

Thanks
Danny Hall
