Just broke down. Help! (UPDATE 3) 900

Hi all. Hope this is useful. The fuel pump (single in-tank pump - Regina) became unattached from the filler tube - and therefore was spitting fuel at the tube and missing it. Dangit! I told the shop that must've been my ineptitude at replacing the fuel pump 10 months ago - they said not to feel bad. It even happens to them once in a blue moon.

In other words, I got off pretty cheap on this one. Just diagnostic labor costs and the two hours labor to replace the fuel pump, AND the towing.

Moral: Build a fuel pressure tester!

Thanks for all the quick responses guys.
