High-mount stop lamp keeps blowing 900

One possibility-
The center brake light is a halogen. Great care must be taken when installing halogens so as to not get fingerprints or other foreign matter on the bulb. I usually wear gloves or hold the bulb with a clean rag. The reason is that the fingerprints make the glass heat up, leading to bulb failure. You can clean the bulb with isopropanol (rubbing alcohol). Get the highest concentration of isopropanol you can find (perhaps 90% in the drug store.)
