940 Rear suspension bushings. Same difficulty as 240???? 900 1994

Hello list.
My newly aquired 940 wagon has developed a noise which I'm almost sure is coming from the rear suspension bushings, in particular the large one under the rear axle. If I rock the car in park, I can see visible movement in this bushing for sure. Is 100k miles about right for this to be worn? Can it be done in the driveway with basic tools or do I need special Volvo press tools?
Please help as I don't want to do irreversible damage to this car.
Thanks as always.
