I join the ranks of the Anointed 200

The uni directional clutch is a lot easier if you use a cable tie, rather than the elastic band method. Stand all the rollers inside a slightly loose tie and gently pull it tight. It'll even hold its pre load like that without a little wedge flying out and having to start over.
