Clutch noise after replacement. 200

I've recently had the clutch, throwout bearing and pilot bearing replaced in my'87 245 (also had the flywheel resurfaced and replaced the rear main seal-although I was told the seal was OK). The mechanic had mentioned that the clutch plate was soaked with oil as well as worn. All seemed well after the work until recently...it now sounds as if the clutch squeals momentarily when I release the peddle. I'm not positive that it is the clutch...but I'm not sure what else it could be. Is there a possibility that more oil has gotten in? The oil level dosn't seem to dropping noticably...but the back of the engine is pretty wet. I would greatly appreciate any advice anyone can offer.
