HELP !! HC at 1.6 should be .8 , CO at 19 should be 15 , and NO is also very high. The emissions failure hand book tells me that high HC's is unburned fuel and high NO is from the cylinder being too hot. How can my cylinder be too hot and now burn all of the fuel ??? I'm not so concerned with that puzzler as I am how to get those numbers down. This car passed with flying colors a year ago. Will a new O2 sensor fix this ? a new cat ? what ??? thanks
