I have a question for people My mirror on the driver side of my car wobbles at speed. any suggestions for fixing it so that it is tight. The wobbling seems unsafe and is distracting.

Also the chrome underneath the driver side rear seat is kinda sticking up is there any way to put it back where it belongs. Can I glue it?
