Harness question '82 240 4-cyl gas 200 1982

While examining my harness I find this stray spade connection coming out from the main harness out from the firewall. It sort of splits & goes right to the right front lights & electronic ignition & goes left I guess to the front left lighting. At the split the stray spade connection comes out. It is a greyish colored wire & is labeled # T1309879P04 in a red label. Is this a sort of testing point connection? where does it lead to ?
Also there is another odd item. It is a black wire that is grounded to the intake manifold near the throttle switch. It has a red label that has the # T1235413PO1.what is this for? It seems that this connects tthe above mentioned grey wire from the main firewall harness but not sure. Any info?
