No start No start No start 200

Well it's bed time soon, and onther day has passed and my 245 Turbo is still collecting weeds. As a refresher for all that haven't read my frantic posts, I have a no start problem. With no prior running problems. The car just quit(like when the timing belt goes). I just had it done but I won't discount the possibility.

I have spark. Someone suggested the AIC. Isn't that generally preceded by drivability issues, though there is a 16mm or so hose poking out from(behind?) it that I can't find a home for, aprox, 3" in length.

Now this. I have pulled the injectors #1 and #3, as well as the hosing where they connect to the fuel distributor.

I have fuel at the dist. but not at the injectors. My questions are this can all for simultaneously clog(sabotage?). Or maybe they need a vacuum to squirt fuel?

Mind you I have Zero prior drivabillity issues. One more thing. How can I be sure the Timing belt is not the issue. It's not broke but could it have skipped enough to cause this? Thanks for the continued advice. I'm in a real bind here.
