Good manual for 164 and 145's 140-160 1970

Hello every one. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good manual for a 1971 164 (B30,M400) and a 1969 145 (B20,M40). I'm going to begin working on them this weekend and i'd like to have a manual. I already have a Chilitons manual, but it is more for the 200 and newer.
