Where can I buy a Cam Pulley Holder 700 1988

I am installing a timing belt, seals, etc. and I have seen in the archives people are talking about how invaluable a "Cam Pulley Holder" is to keep everything in place while doing this job. Has anyone used them and where can I buy one? I have looked at IPD and I don't see them--Help.
