B20 cam and tappet test


My first 122 had several lobes on the cam that were so worn that
the valves didn't move. A couple of the lifters that came out of
that motor were so worn that you could probably do shots on the
dished faces that rode the cam...

Still, I wonder what the "B20 cam and tappet test" might involve.
