the more i know, the less i am sure about...turbo boost 900

hi guys,

this is more in the vain of checking my thoughts...

im really not sure my turbo is doing all it could...

so many possibilities (including my over expectation) so heres a real simple question.

with a hot car if i sit in nuetral on the drive and rev it it comes to neutral boost (gauge @ 12 o clock) and descends again with the pedal..essentially guage matches pedal..but never goes into boost..when driving I can hear the turbo spool up and feel some boost...not sure if its all its meant to be..is this typical behaviour..

also i have some oil in the turbo hoses, which seems to leak out (just alittle) past the circlips etc...is this also normal (or does it mean PO didnt tighten clips enough...or anything else...)

as always all thoughts, opinions or rants welcome.. (including telling me im an idiot...)
