BLOWER MOTOR REPAIR GONE BAD 700 1985

Had the 85 740T into a local shop for the blower motor. Tech takes car apart..gos to lunch...gets drunk...never finishes job...not good...gives car back taken apart.

Blower motors is in (I put it back together). Fuse box still needs replaced. Tech had relay out ( I can't figure where it goes) it is marked
Volvo
12V 896399
made in germany
1347603
Can anyone tell me where it goes? Fuse box? How do I get it out far enough to plug this in...if that's where it goes?

Fan switch only has fan blowing in the 0 position in its current state. Will this be corrected when the relay is in? Or, did this guy really leave me a bag of worms? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
