V90 Exhaust System S90-V90 1998

I noticed a strange "vrrraaatttt" noise the other day while driving my V90. I took it to my indy shop and one of the exhaust pipes just in front of the catalytic converter has a rattle in it. The guys at the shop said this car has a "dual" pipe meaning there is an internal exhaust pipe inside of the one you actually see under the car.

The noise only happens when accelarating around 20 MPH or 2250 RPM. Any ideas on repairs and cost? The car only has 35k on it. Would this be covered under the warranty?

TIA
