Made a mistake, now i'm in search of an obscure part (alternator bracket) 200 1987

the final f-up from this summer's work on the car surfaced on my drive back to school after labor day. when i was about 30 minutes from my apartment, i heard some rumble/clanking under the hood, and then i saw something small tumble out on the road behind me. i figured it was a piece of tire that i had hit, and just disregarded it.

so, i get to school without a problem. the next day,m as i walk past the car, I see a dent in my hood. this sucked, obviously, since it was a dent. only thing was, it was convex. i opened the hood and looked around. turns out the alternator belt tensioning bolt had worked itself free. this was what i had seen tumbling out behind the car. i guess the alternator was still turning, since the car didn't die. i still don't want to drive the car, however, until i get this fixed.

so here's what i need. does anyone have a spare alternator (or PS pump or AC compressor, for that matter) that they would be willing to disassemble to give me the long tensioning bolt, the threaded fitting that the long tensioning bolt goes into, and the nut that holds that fitting onto the alternator bracket by way of a carriage bolt. make sense? probably not, but i figured i'd give it a shot.

alos, if you don't have the part laying around, do you have any idea of places that sell used parts that might have it? i've tried a few, as well as FCP Groton. nothing has surfaced

thanks
mike
