Still runs like crap vibrating, missing etc. 700

Hey All
A while back I'm posted a message regarding my car running like crap.
It seems like over night it began running roughly. Not that it had problems stalling or not starting etc. Rather. A slight vibration up to 2000 rpm's.
Changed the motor mounts -helped a little.
Just changed the timing belt, 3 other belts and harmonic balancer.
Now the vibration is minimal (due primarily to the new harmonic balancer). But the car is missing ever so slightly.
I just went back thru the car and double, tripled checked the timing marks. Had 3 freinds take a look at it. Checked the usual battery cables, spark plug wires, etc etc. And it still is missing. Could it be I accidently hit the crank sensor blow the distributer cap?
All I know is it's getting real frustrating. It only has 180k miles. I change the flame trap, oil, spark plugs, filters etc religiously.
Any comments would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks CJ
