control arm bushings 200 1989

Front end rebuild time. All apart, except one control arm (murphy is working). The front bushing (smaller of the two) bolt seems to be firmly attached to the inner metal sleeve. The end nut came off with no fuss. The bolt....just wont break free. The entire control arm moves with the twist of the bolt. The opposite side was taken aprt with no hassel (so now Im paying). Im letting the penetrating oil do its' magic over night. Any suggestions, ideas, tips, tricks, what have you, would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, I tried hammering the bolt out; rocking the bolt back and forth, along with gallons of penetrating oil and sweet talk.
Thanks in advance.
