Best answer is, it depends. I am assuming a stock stereo here. The easiest way would be to piggyback onto the existing rear door speakers. This can be problematic though. If wired in series, it will present double the impedance to the amp (i.e. 8 ohms instead of 4). End result is that the amp will probably run a bit hotter and you will have reduced volume in the four rear speakers vs. the fronts. If you wire them in parallel you will present a 2 ohm load to the amp, which I am pretty sure it won't like and is not recommended. (either way, I can't guarantee it won't cause problems with the amp)
You could add another amp to the system but this will take some doing. You could just peel off the rear line level input off of the head unit and run it to a four channel amp powering the rear 4 speakers and let the stock amp drive the fronts. Also, you could get a six channel amp and bypass the stock amp altogether. Either way you will have to bridge the rear line level outputs from the deck into four channels of the amp, which is easily done.
In the end, it all comes down to how much trouble/risk you are willing to put up with.
