I'm having trouble understanding the problem. I've done several 122 auto/4-speed conversions and all were the same, very simple. There's a rubber plug in the transmission tunnel for the floor shifter and all you ahve to do is use the heater duct from the donor 4-speed car since the shifter passes through it. There's all kinds of room for the driveline components. Don't know what I'm missing.
