How long between oil changes with mann filter and amsoil in motor??? 700 1985

I have 85 turbo 760. was wondering how often i should change the oil with a mann filter and amsoil in the engine. I am at or a little over 6000 miles. is that to far with this set up and old turbo. I drive around 400 miles a week.
