still have codes 113 and 115 900 1994

After consulting with the board a few weeks ago I resoldered the ground wires to the injectors under the intake manifold. Took 3 1/2 hours. Still have the same codes and MIL light. The car runs great but with the MIL light still on it is running in a default mode, it is probably tanking my converter. Does any body have any ideas on where to look next? Since it still runs I don't think there is a problem with any of the injectors they check out at around 18 ohms each, the book says to be around 16 ohms. I think there is a missing ground somewhere, this is just a guess though. This event occurred about 3 days after I cleaned the engine compartment with a high pressure sprayer with no soap. I have done this many times in the past without and negative effects.

Thank in advance for any and all suggestions.
