Transmission oil pan

I know, I read the posts of other people who said, don't torque the tranny
pan plug too hard or you'll strip the pan threads, but unfortunately for me, that is exactly what I did today on the 240. Found another pan, got all ready
to install it, and for the life of me, I cannot remove the filler tube! It
is so stuck that the nut that holds it to the pan is frozen stuck. Called
the indy volvo shop I used to use and according to the volvo master tech,
"they overtorqued a lot of them at the factory". They said I may have to buy
another filler tube . Anybody have any ideas how to get the cursed thing off? HT
