lopsided amazon 120-130

My 68 amazon has a ride hight 1"higher on the left than the right in the front. Left side is 9 1/8". Right side is 8 1/8". The rears are not equal as well but I cant recall them. No two measure the same height. I Removed the right spring and it was shorter than a spare I had aquired so I put in the spare....not much change. Is there an efficient way to track the problem that anyone has tried? I was thinking of swaping the springs side to side to see if that made any difference. Has anyone seen a bent upper spring perch on the front subframe? I need to replace bushings so I will be there, I would just like to get it right the first time or even second.

On a side note due to the untimly demise of a dog I hit I need a good left fender, left grill, and perhaps the front center section. North West USA.
