It could be coming around the windshield (VERY common) or through the
heater. Be sure your heater drain, going down just in front of the firewall,
is open.
Every 122 I have had experienced this problem. It goes from there under the
rubber floormat and into the fiber padding. As the padding ferments/"rets",
the water becomes acid and corrodes through the floor from the inside.
