Volvo 240 DL 1989 B230

I need to replace two of my hubcap centers (adhesive round silver-printed logo) and do not know where to get them. I was under the impression that the dealer would sell them, but they told me they no longer have them, I would need to buy the entire hubcap...

Anywhere on the internet I can get these? I live in Montreal Canada.
