B20E swap 140-160

If you are in the US it is probably a B20F.
I'm not sure if it has stellite seats or not. I think probably not but
I have only had one head that suffered valve seat recession so I would not
worry about it unless you are taking it down for other reasons. Might want
to measure the thickness of the head to see whether it is an "E" or "F".
(If it is the thicker "F" head, if/when you take it down you might want to
mill it some to get the CR up to the "E" spec.)
