What is R124 vs R134 refrigerant? 700

If it was converted "properly" you likely need new charge ports. The HCFC 124 fill ports are likely associated with FRIGC, Hot Shot/Kar Cool/, Chill-It/Autofrost, etc. One of them. R134a would be a different charge fitting. you might have to have the system checked out at a shop to find out exactly what is in there. I don't think that HCFC 124 by itself makes a good car refrigerant. It probably has a brand name somewhere on the conversion ("probably") but if not, a shop should be able to tell you what the story is.
