745turbo wagon engine stall/?rich 700 1987

Okay Guys, the last two days I have been reading all the FAQ's trying to see where to go next. Symptoms... About a month ago just after topping off the gas tank(Premium Unleaded), Got a quarter mile down the road and the car didn't want to take throttle. Did stay running and got to work. The car sat there for a week. When I started the car again, it ran as though it was flooded. Finally cleared up - ran on all cylinders and was good for the 55 mile trip home. I added 'seafoam' injector cleaner thinking I had gotten some bad gas/ water in the gas, etc. Fast forward to last week. 2 tanks of fuel later and now indicating 1/4 tank and it starts to act up again. Rough idle/ engine stalls. Can restart, runs for a second , then dies. After a couple times, I am able to keep it running but has a flat spot and doesn't like boost. After sitting overnight in the driveway ran fine until it got warm. I have a fuel/air gage on the dash and it normally bobs near 14.7 - now when it acts up the led stays in the first 'green'(rich) position. It did stall on me once or twice yesterday. I need a place to start after the FAQ suggestions.

NOTE: 1987 745T Wagon, 106K, K&N filter, Saab APC controller, 3" exhaust turbo to tail, Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Pump, etc...

I don't think the problem is related to the 'magic', but need a place to go..

Thanks....
