Who has DIY replaced their cluth? (M46) 200 1982

Lotso questions here, trying to get prepared for this job. I've done clutches before but usually really hate myself about the time the transmission needs to go back in. Anyone got helpful advice here? These are the issues I can think of. I should probably put in a rear main engine seal while I'm there right? any other seals I should order with the clutch? What about a piolt bushing/bearing? Also, what do I use for/where do I get a clutch alignment tool? Thoughts on resufacing the flywheel? and lastly, can I reuse the flywheel bolts?

As always, Thanks for any help.
