B20 vs. B18 140-160

They are very nearly identical. Except the B20 has larger pistons and bores, and slightly larger valves,. And a few more accessory mounts on the block. Everything on the outside will swap from a B18 to a B20 - so it is dead simple to swap in a B20 in place of a B18.

The B21 was the next step, and was OHC (and slanted too). But even then it still shares many parts with the latest B20F engines and is a clear evolution of the engine line.
