Blown 745T motor any problems with a '90 740T swap?? 700

I am going nuts here. Yesterday I either sucked a valve or through a rod. took the head off and Number 2 piston was cocked in the cylender and the exhaust valve was busted in two. any how I am looking for a replacement motor and have found a low milage turbo motor out of a wrecked 1990 740 sedan compression is 150 + or - 3psi in each cylinder. My question is will my current manifolds bolt on and are the motor mounts etc. the same. Does any one know of any special problems I might occur it I make that swap?????
