asbestos sound deadening? 120-130

Really would like to confirm this asbestos possibility. I was grinding on this stuff for a couple of hours and now I'm wondering if I need to get the EPA to come clean my garage and the interior of the 122.

Not to mention concerns about the health of passengers. (from the dust I created)

Luckily I was using a respirator and cross-ventilation, but the people that deal with asbestos usually walk around in space suits anymore.

I'm going to e-mail Volvo and see if anyone has any data on this stuff before I take a pressure washer to the interior.

Any suggestions for quantifying the content of the deadening paper (no pun intended).
