Getting more power from my 91 240 200

The turbo and non turbo heads and valve sizes are the same, and the turbo cam is actually lower performance. The complete turbo motor swap is a great one, though (the turbo motor works well with the turbo cam up to a certain point, at which a turbo spec MVP or Enem cam is a good choice).

50 hp is hard to come by without some expensive work or a turbo motor swap. The easy stuff won't quite get you there. My guess is that the electric fan, underdrive crank pulley, MVP or Enem cam, headers, larger cat, synthetic oil, larger cat back exhaust would get you to more like 140-150 hp and that to get more, you would have to go to a programmable engine management system and some port and combustion chamber work in the head, either of which might cost you as much or more than what you spent on the mods to get you to 140-150 hp.
