Hard Starting and Possible Issues If Not Corrected 200

Hmmmm... it's been a long time since I had to deal with this, but my GUESS would be the check vavle. It holds pressure in the fuel system after the engine has stopped. If the check valve is "leaky", pressure is lost so when you start the car again it takes a few seconds to build up the pressure again. I THINK the regulator controls the fuel pressure going into the fuel injection system. This is my understanding of the system, so don't sue me if I'm wrong! 8~) Maybe someone else can chime in here.
