Tires for a 240 wagon 200 1987

I'm replacing the tires on my '87 240 wagon and would like some more advice. From recommendations in past posted messages everyone seems high on the yoko avid t4's. At tire rack they say the avid touring (standard touring) tires have better ride and durability compared to the T4's which are performance all season tires. Also all ratings for handling, wet/dry/snow traction, ride comfort, noise comfort and wear are all higher for Avid Touring compared with the T4's. I may be answering my own questions here but there the same money and wondering why recommendationshave all been for T4's.

Also size. I've been advised to run 195-70 or 75 -14's instead of the 185-70-14's I have now.

Know good parts place for front exhaust pipe (header pipe, from 2 to one pipe) at good prices?

Sorry for all the questions but appreciate the feedback.
