Has work done by dealer caused major problems with cooling system? HELP! 900 1995

The cracked radiator is almost normal (they last about eight years), but they are incredibly susceptible to someone leaning on them while changing seals. I suspect that the tech inserted the thermostat backwards and did not bleed the cooling system correctly. This caused the system to overheat and possibly blow the headgasket. The rest of the problems followed.

Two lessons. First, it will be just about impossible to prove they caused all this unless you have some sort of smoking-gun evidence (e.g., you drove out of the shop and the car overheated within ten miles). And second, they are clearly complete idiots and you need to say goodbye to them ASAP.
