B21F Carb 200 1981

Has anyone ever heard of or seen an adaptor that will let me put a carb or carbs on my '81 B21F. Is this just a really bad idea? I've got the gist of the injection system, but I'm getting sick of buying $300 parts for it. I would love to yank all that off. That will facilitate tuning, and I can start the process of boosting power, I don't know how the little flap style sensor will do with increased air flow vs. an actual MAP/MAF sensor. Just a thought I had during my drive today. Thanks, keep on bricking!!
