PCV Questions before I begin

That's it: make sure the hoses and nipples are not clogged and the hoses are not cracked. For the little nipples on the intake manifold, just blow through them to ensure they are OK. Spray some carb cleaner through them and then use a pipe cleaner if they are clogged.
